We represent patients, physicians, dentists, physiotherapists, medical suppliers and pharmacies.

We advise patients on:

  • Issues arising in the case of harm incurred in the context of a treatment relationship
  • Legal accounting requirements for medical practitioners
  • The rights and obligations of patients and physicians within the statutory health insurance system
  • Cover provided by the statutory health insurance system
  • Cover provided by the private health and accident insurance system

We also advise physicians, dentists, physiotherapists, medical suppliers and pharmacies on issues related to:

  • Liability law, including in the field of criminal law
  • Laws governing professions, e.g., legal requirements for admission to a profession
  • Legal requirements relating to accounting and budgeting
  • The sale or purchase of a medical practice or shares in a joint practice
  • Setting up a practice/business, including new cooperative forms, medical service centers and joint practices

Our representation covers not only extrajudicial proceedings, including those before arbitration boards, but also representation in court, including against law enforcement agencies.

We also represent private and statutory health insurance companies with regard to the enforcement of claims arising from transferred rights.
